  • Standard: 5–10 business days ($5.95)

  • Expedited: 3–6 business days ($10.95)

Note: Shipping times don’t include pre-orders, weekends, or U.S. federal holidays. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update after shipping.

International Orders

  • Shipping varies by region: $12–$50 USD

  • Delivery may take 3–45 business days depending on carrier and method

  • Customs, duties, or taxes may apply — check your local customs office

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Every order includes up to $100 of insurance. If your package is lost or damaged by the carrier, contact us and we’ll help you file a claim.

Wrong Address / Returned Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping info — we aren’t responsible for fees or replacement packages due to incorrect addresses

  • Returned to sender packages will be issued as store credit

Order Processing & Inventory

  • We start processing orders ASAP to get your jewelry to you quickly

  • Once packed, we can’t make edits, so please review your order before checkout

  • If an item is unavailable, we’ll notify you within 48 hours and refund your account within 2–3 business days
