Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to love your new items, which is why we offer returns provided that:
Return Window
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of original delivery.
- If a return is postmarked after 14 days, the refund credit will be 50% of the original receipt.
Condition of Items
- Items must be in original condition: unopened, untouched, undamaged, in the original packaging with all tags.
- Any product returned that is not in this above condition will be rejected and not returned to the customer.
How to Start a Return
- Use our self-serve portal to begin your return.
- Shipping charges for returns are generally the customer’s responsibility (unless you added free returns at checkout).
- Important: Packages returned without a return approval cannot be credited or refunded.
- Whenever possible, reuse the mailer boxes that your items came in to ship back your returns.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Refund: You will be notified by email when your refund is processed. Credit is applied to your original payment within 3–5 business days. Return costs and a 3.9% card fee are deducted from the refund.
- Store Credit: You will be notified by email when your store credit is processed and it will be automatically issued to your account associated with your email. Return labels are covered if Redo was added at initial checkout.

Damages & Issues
- Inspect your order upon receipt.
- Contact us immediately if an item is damaged or you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and make it right.
- Damages must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
- For lost or damaged packages, submit a claim so we can assist you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Custom items (like personally selected sea glass), mystery items, gift cards, and pop-up market purchases are FINAL SALE.
- Eligible sale items can be returned, but refunds reflect the price paid, not original or current full price.
- Sale item refunds reflect price paid, not original or current full price.
- Jewelry purchased from a stockist store must be returned directly to that store.
